Teardowns

What a buyer actually sees on your website.

I take a manufacturer website — anonymised — and walk through it the way a technical buyer would, section by section: what works, what quietly costs enquiries, and what I'd change first. No jargon, no punches pulled.

A note on fairness: every teardown here is anonymised — a composite that stands in for the pattern I see again and again across a sector, not a critique of one real company. The point isn't to embarrass anyone; it's to show, concretely, what separates a site that wins enquiries from one that doesn't.
